Self Imposed is just as it says. The result of returning to sonic exploration after a 6 month voluntary break. Spurred back into action by a relatively last minute show, the release was created while configuring and tweaking the set. What was left was 40 minutes of writhing, droning frequencies fighting for real estate. A murky mess that ebbs and flows throughout with moments of brief clarity that only devolve back into the chaos from which they came. Play loud, close your eyes, and drift off.
